Convenience

At Panorama Coordinated Services we consider it a privilege to have your business and therefore we try our best to see that your life doesn’t revolve around our schedule. With rare exception, you will know in advance when we are coming and what services we will be providing. In addition we will always give you our best estimate of what the work will cost and aside from emergencies we will always wait for your approval before proceeding with any service. 

 

Payment Options

We strive to have clear and fair pricing policies in place. We offer several ways of paying your bill:

  1. You may leave a check/cash each time.
  2. You may keep your credit card on file with our office and we’ll send you a monthly paid statement.
  3. You may be billed monthly and either send us a check or call with a credit card.

If you use Panorama for multiple or recurring services (such as landscape maintenance or handyman work), option numbers 2 & 3 are quite convenient for everyone. We also offer discounted pre-payment plans for certain contractual services. Call us for more information.

 

 

Insurance

We are fully insured and require the same of all of our service partners.

 


Year 'Round Service

We maintain a staffed office and answer our phones personally Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm to be of service to you.


Scheduling

We make every effort to schedule the work you need done at a time that is convenient for you and your family. In an emergency, you can reach a Panorama team member after hours or on the weekend.

 

Easy Contact
All of our Managers are easily accessible by phone or e-mail. If you prefer, you can designate one team member as your single source of contact and that person will forward your questions or concerns to the responsible party.
