Do you do free estimates?
For new customers, we do not offer free estimates. We charge $75, which we will then credit back if you hire us for the job.
I just have a few things I need done, how much will it cost?
We charge $65/hour for most handyman work, and $70/hour for electrical repairs and simple installs. Larger jobs are done by estimate/bid. We do have a $195 minimum, so be sure to save up several small jobs that can be done in the same trip.
Do you have the required licenses?
Our handyman is licensed by the state of Colorado and the counties we work in as a master electrician.
How do I schedule the work I need done?
Contact the Panorama office and they will put you on the schedule in consultation with our handyman. As a general rule we are 2-3 weeks out on work. We are busier in the summer than the winter.
Where do you secure supplies?
We purchase some of our supplies from wholesalers, but often we procure them from the same places you do. We add a modest markup to the price to reflect the time and effort that it takes to get them on the truck.
What is your service area?
Our general service area is defined by the Boulder county line to the north, I-25 to the east, the foothills to the west and Superior to the South.
Can you do plumbing or HVAC?
We work with service partners to provide these services to you. We are happy to make all arrangements for your repair.
