What is your service area?
Our general service area is defined by the Boulder county line to the north, I-25 to the east, the foothills to the west and Superior to the South.
How do I pay for Panorama services?
We strive to have clear and fair pricing policies in place. We offer several ways of paying your bill:
- You may leave a check/cash each time.
- You may keep your credit card on file with our office and we’ll send you a monthly paid statement.
- You may be billed monthly and either send us a check or call with a credit card.
If you use Panorama for multiple or recurring services (such as landscape maintenance or handyman work), option numbers 2 & 3 are quite convenient for everyone. We also offer discounted pre-payment plans for certain contractual services. Call us for more information.
Do you stand behind your work?
Yes. One of our most important assets is our customers. We seek to earn their trust by acting with integrity, pricing our services clearly and fairly and understanding our role to serve. We actively work to maintain client satisfaction. We stand behind what we do and seek input on what we can do better.
How is Panorama different from franchised companies?

We are locally and privately owned. We are better managed. We have a dispatch office where our teams meet every morning to pick up keys, work orders, vehicles, and special instructions. We have training sessions often and we believe in continuous improvement. We provide our teams with good equipment, adequate supplies, and safe well-marked vehicles.

We analyze our price structure to make sure our customers are getting the best value for our services. We care about our customers and their homes as if they were our own.
Do your crews speak English
We have at least one English speaking crew member on each team. Many of our seasonal staff is here on an H2B visa program that entails additional expense for the company, but ensures everyone has proper documentation. Through Intercambio we offer on-site English training to our staff twice weekly.
