Panorama Coordinated Services, Inc., based in Longmont, Colorado, was founded in 2004 by Peter Storz with the simple goal of building a trusted service company to allow you to enjoy life at home.
Pete has experienced first hand the strong desire of people to enjoy and stay in their homes over the course of a lifetime and also knows well the challenges of managing and maintaining a home when keeping a busy lifestyle.
At Panorama we have oriented our services and talents around your needs. We also know that your home represents an important asset in your life and by actively maintaining your property we help you preserve and grow that value.
We provide high frequency services directly through our well trained and experienced team of service professionals. For semi-regular services and other needs we rely on a network of service partners that have been screened by Panorama and in many instances have performed work on our own homes.

Welcome Housekeepers For You customers!
In September, 2006, Panorama purchased Longmont-based Housekeeper’s For You from Kathy Porterfield. Housekeepers For You has been servicing the area for 20 years, and we’re excited to have the opportunity to make them a part of our team. We look forward to continuing to provide a high level of service to our new customers and want you to know that this purchase will provide the following benefits:- We will have a larger staff, thus a better capacity to maintain scheduling when staff needs time off.
- We will have more focused training, to improve the level of service you receive.
- We will have teams that always have a familiarity with your house, building a more managed system of care and consistent attention to detail.
Language classes
In keeping with our goal to enhance on-site customer communication and increase the value of our staff for our customers, we have been working with the Longmont office of Inter-cambio to offer twice weekly English classes for our staff.
Snow RemovalWe picked a good year to start offering snow removal! We have a commercial route, sporting a big new Curtis plow; a residential route with a smaller truck/plow setup and an assortment of snowblowers/shovels and ice melt. Both routes come with a bundled up team ready to clear your driveway and sidewalks.
Welcome Buck Scarbrough!We’ve got a new team member! His name is Buck Scarbrough. He comes to us as a Master Electrician and handyman extraordinaire. We’re very excited to have him on board and look forward to offering the following added services in-house:
- Electrical repairs/installations
- Home improvements & handyman repairs
- Interior painting, drywall, tilework.
- Decks, fences
Panorama getting “greener!”
- We are working with Eco-cycle on a no-waste program, managing our office waste and customer compost materials.
- Our diesel trucks will be using biodiesel beginning in Spring, 2007
- In Spring 2007 we will introduce low decibel, low emission blowers and string trimmers to our grounds maintenance teams.
- Two of our housekeeping vehicles are hybrids.
On February 15, 2006, we moved into a new (to us) facility at 1235 Boston Ave. in Longmont. Originally built in the 1960s, the 14,000 sq. foot metal building offers office and training space, room for parts and equipment storage and room to grow. Just as importantly it offers us convenient access to our customers in Boulder County. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and say hello.
